SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

Your order is processed within 24 hours of receipt.

 

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, UPS, DHL or FedEx Ground delivery, unless otherwise specified on your order form.  All charges are based upon the weight of the items you have ordered and your location.  Depending upon availability and your location, we ask that you allow 3 to 5 weeks for your order to arrive.  To expedite your shipment, orders are shipped directly to you from our vendors.

DO NOT RETURN THESE ITEMS TO THE VENDORS.  Follow the instructions as detailed in our Return Policy.

When requesting expedited shipping (3-day, 2,day or overnight), please be aware that your order may not ship until the BUSINESS DAY AFTER you have placed it.  It will then take the requested time period of BUSINESS DAYS to arrive.  Business days are Monday through Friday; no Saturdays, Sundays or holidays are included in shipping days.

Backorders are items that our vendors do not currently have in stock.  We realize the frustration this causes, however backorders occur when there is a high demand on an item or the quality of the item or fabric does not meet the strict guidelines set forth by our vendors and must be remanufactured.  Check your order status by clicking on "Track My Order" on your confirmation email or use the link above.

 

Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.  If you receive partial shipments, your credit card may be charged only for those items you have received; the balance (including shipping charges) will be charged when your order is complete.  You will be charged only the total amount as shown on the order page you completed.
