ITEMS AUTHORIZED FOR RETURN MUST BE RECEIVED BY US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF AUTHORIZATION DATE TO QUALIFY FOR ANY APPLICABLE REFUND AMOUNTS

 

ALL SALES OF CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL

 

We strongly recommend using a service that provides you with package tracking, such as UPS, FedEX and DHL.  We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

 

We reserve the right to assess a 15% restocking fee on any items returned for exchange.  Shipping charges to return the items to us are the customer's responsibility.  Pricing difference for exchanges will be refunded or charged upon receipt of returned item(s)  and shipment of exchanged item(s).  In addition, a shipping fee will be charged to ship the new item(s) to you.  All returns must be in "sellable condition" for a refund to be considered.  Sellable condition means that the item has not been laundered, worn or altered and must be in the original package.

 

When trying on shoes, wear socks or hose and use only in the home, preferably on carpeted surfaces.  Shoes worn outside of the home may NOT be returned except if defective.  Defects will be judged on an individual basis and are limited to within a three (3) month period from the date of purchase.  There are no guarantees as to the comfort or length of time that a shoe will last.

 

We reserve the right to assess a 15% restocking fee on any item that is returned for refund.  Shipping to return the item is the customer's responsibility.  Refunds will be in the form of a credit to the charge account used to purchase the items.

 

If a product is returned due to a manufacturer's defect, a replacement of identical item will be shipped to the customer at no additional charge.
